I've known since my first internship that Marketing is the only direction I want to go. Good design paired with smart ideas naturally catch my eye in everyday life.

During my Bachelor's I co-founded ROTWEB from scratch, no funding, no agency, just trying it and a lot of figuring it out as we went. We renovated the location ourselves, built the brand, grew to ten employees and stayed profitable till today. Turns out running a company while studying full-time is a great way to actually understand what you learn at uni.
I think strategically, care about the reasoning behind creative decisions, and I'll always tell you honestly when something isn't working. I'm at my best when I believe in what I'm making and when there's real creative ambition in the room.
